We are seeking a technically sophisticated product leader to spearhead the modernization of our AI-driven learning ecosystem at 2 Hour Learning. This is an executive-level technical product ownership role in which you will control the architecture, technical roadmap, and AI integration across our complete learning platform. What You Will Be Doing

* Cultivating and applying comprehensive education product expertise to inform strategic choices

* Creating technical specifications that resolve critical technical decisions and emphasize simplicity, performance, and sustainable design

* Deploying generative AI capabilities to automate and optimize engineering workflows, consistent with the organizational goal of minimizing manual effort

* Managing people exclusively; your technical and business judgment will be central to this role

* Spending time in meetings, committees, or administrative procedures; we have streamlined management overhead to allow you to concentrate on delivering business impact through direct execution

* Proposing high-level strategies devoid of actionable implementation details; your guidance must be grounded in product-level analysis

Principal Product Architect Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the CTO for one or more education products, owning foundational capabilities and generating business value through flawless execution and strategic leadership

Basic Requirements

* 7+ years of experience leading critical architecture and design decisions on software initiatives, including the application of architectural design patterns or major open source technologies

* 4+ years of experience in roles with complete technical and delivery accountability for a revenue-generating product

* Experience leveraging AI agents to design, build, and test software products or features

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
