1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the We Love AI Jobs website at weloveaijobs.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

We Love AI Jobs is an online job board that connects companies building with artificial intelligence with job seekers. Our Service allows employers to post job listings and job seekers to browse and apply for positions.

3. Job Postings

• Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job listings.
• Job postings must be for legitimate, existing positions at real companies.
• Listings must not contain discriminatory language or violate any applicable employment laws.
• We reserve the right to remove any job posting that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, at our sole discretion.
• Job postings are subject to our posted pricing. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Job Applications

• Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of information provided in applications.
• Application materials submitted through our platform are shared with the posting employer.
• We do not guarantee employment or responses from employers.
• We are not a party to any employment relationship between employers and job seekers.

5. Scout and Applications We Send for You

Scout is the job search assistant in the candidate portal. It finds jobs for you and, when you ask, applies to them for you.

• When you ask Scout to apply to a job, we submit an application to that company for you.
• We share your name, email address, resume, profile and application answers with that company. Application answers are the details you give us for applications, such as where you can work, whether you need visa sponsorship, your notice period, your links and your phone number.
• We may deliver your application inside our platform, by email, or through the company's own application form. Our staff may do this for you.
• If the company is not yet on our platform, we may contact it to pass on your application.
• Applying does not guarantee a reply, an interview or a job.
• You can withdraw an application in the portal. We then stop sharing your details for that application. We cannot take back what the company has already received.
• You can send up to 10 applications in any 24 hours for free, and up to 100 in any 24 hours with the weekly pass.
• Companies that receive candidate details through the Service must use them only to hire for their own roles. They must not sell them, pass them on or use them for anything else.

By creating an account and making your profile visible to hiring teams, you agree that we share your details in this way when you apply to a company or accept a company's request.

6. Payments

Payment for job listings is processed through our third-party payment provider. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment provider's terms of service. All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Transmit spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited communications
• Impersonate any person or entity

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by We Love AI Jobs and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Love AI Jobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless We Love AI Jobs, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
