• Before you apply or accept a request: companies may see blurred details from your profile, such as your skills and experience. These do not include your name or your contact details.
• When you apply: when you apply to a company, or ask Scout (the assistant in the candidate portal) to apply for you, we share your name, email address, resume, profile and application answers with that company. If you gave us links (LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolio) or a phone number, we share those too. The same applies when you accept a company's request.
• How it is delivered: we may deliver your application inside our platform, by email, or through the company's own application form.
• Our staff: our staff may send your application for you. To do that they see the same details.
• Withdrawing: you can withdraw an application in the portal. We then stop sharing your details for that application. We cannot take back what the company has already received.

6. Contact Details of Hiring Staff at Companies

To invite companies to our platform and to pass on applications, we look up public business contact details of people who hire at those companies. We keep only the person's name, role, work email address and a link to a public profile. We use these details only to contact that person about hiring.
