The telecom industry continues to rely on a failing formula: overweight BSS/OSS platforms, deployments spanning multiple years, unlimited customization cycles, and suppliers who normalize delay. Operators face mounting pressure to extract value from 5G, accelerate MVNO rollouts, upgrade wholesale operations, and break free from legacy constraints—yet the infrastructure they use was engineered to resist transformation.

Totogi operates on a fundamentally different model, and this is not a conventional BSS vendor position:

* Three live solutions, no vaporware: You'll demonstrate a serverless 5G Charging system, a cloud-native Wholesale BSS suite, and the Telco Ontology—an AI-driven knowledge graph enabling LLMs to map and interpret a customer's complete telco environment. These are production-ready products, not concept presentations.

* Weeks versus years: Totogi delivers SaaS on AWS infrastructure. No need to justify 18-month rollouts. You'll present solutions that go live quickly and validate them in real time.

* You drive the technical outcome: From discovery through demos, solution design, and RFP execution—you build the technical argument. This is not a supporting role or a secondary overlay.

* You're competing with the establishment: Amdocs, Ericsson, Nokia—armed with product differentiation they cannot replicate in architecture, velocity, or economics.

This position centers on securing technical victories in deals. You'll deliver customized demonstrations, conduct discovery sessions, architect solutions, and generate precise RFP submissions spanning all three Totogi offerings. You must possess sufficient telecom expertise to discuss charging logic, billing workflows, CRM systems, product catalogs, integration patterns, 5G standards, migration challenges, and rate structures—while tying that technical depth to measurable business outcomes within a single engagement.

You'll function at the intersection of product capability, sales momentum, and customer constraints. Your work should accelerate deal progression, support accurate scoping, and convert to tangible bookings. If you've accumulated experience in presales, solution architecture, or telecom modernization and are motivated to represent a product genuinely superior to entrenched legacy systems, you should apply.

What You Will Be Doing

* Delivering customer demonstrations that showcase the interface and functional scope of Totogi's product portfolio

* Conducting structured interviews with customer subject matter experts to surface pain points, technical constraints, and validation criteria

* Building solution frameworks for the Professional Services organization, aligning customer needs with Totogi's product architecture

* Producing RFP responses that clearly define how Totogi's offerings satisfy technical and business requirements within structured procurement environments

What You Won’t Be Doing

* Closing deals or engaging in direct sales activities with customers

* Producing boilerplate Solution Scopes that ignore the unique context of each customer engagement

* Conducting internal sales enablement sessions or handling administrative responsibilities

Presales Manager Key Responsibilities

* Delivered technical wins that move deals forward across Totogi's three core products (Telco Ontology, AI-Native Charging, Wholesale BSS Platform)

Basic Requirements

* A minimum of 5 years in presales, solution architecture, or sales engineering within the telco BSS/OSS space

* Demonstrated experience managing technical sales processes for charging, billing, and BSS solutions, including the lead-to-cash lifecycle

* Proven capability in delivering high-impact product demonstrations and communicating with senior technical and executive audiences

* Hands-on experience writing code that integrates with APIs (GraphQL, REST)

* Willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule to support this global role, with primary customer concentration in APAC and secondary presence in EMEA and Americas

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
