This position centers on delivering tangible impact through functional software. You'll leverage AI tools and cloud-native infrastructure to construct full-stack systems that address meaningful challenges, not merely complete task lists. You'll be required to deliver rapidly without compromising quality, selecting the simplest viable solution that balances immediate velocity with long-term sustainability.

What You Will Be Doing

* Develop and Deploy Full-Stack Capabilities: Transform user stories from concept to impact; clarify specifications, architect scalable solutions, implement backend and frontend code, test comprehensively, and deploy to production

* Identify and Resolve Bugs: Investigate defects using root cause analysis, address the underlying problems (not merely symptoms), and prevent regressions through intelligent testing

* Elevate Code Quality Standards: Evaluate plans and pull requests to ensure clarity, simplicity, and correctness, preventing technical debt before it accumulates

Basic Requirements

* A minimum of 4 years of experience writing production code for web applications' frontend and backend (any framework).

* Autonomous execution: The capability to unblock yourself, establish your own rhythm, and identify solutions in ambiguous scenarios

* Experience utilizing generative A.I. in your day-to-day development work

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
