Traditional channel sales strategies are falling behind. Most partner managers spend their time maintaining underperforming accounts or servicing legacy relationships that lack growth potential. At the same time, Generative AI is transforming product distribution and channel development, yet many organizations continue to rely on manual processes and outdated methods to identify resellers.

GFI takes a different approach. We leverage AI to discover, evaluate, and onboard a new generation of resellers—partners who understand market momentum and want to capitalize on it immediately. We identify aligned partners, accelerate their onboarding, and equip them with AI-driven sales assets that drive results from the start. In this position, you won't be a passive participant in a traditional channel structure. You'll design and operate a scalable, high-performance revenue system.

This position does not involve waiting for partners to come to you, maintaining established accounts, or executing outdated frameworks. You'll use AI to pinpoint high-value partner opportunities, create streamlined onboarding programs that drive conversion, and launch new accounts that produce revenue in a matter of weeks. If you have a proactive acquisition mindset and are already using AI to gain competitive advantage, this role will suit you well. If your focus is on relationship maintenance and scheduled check-ins, this is not the right opportunity.

What You Will Be Doing

* Develop prioritized prospect lists of potential resellers, ranked by revenue potential using data from AI-driven analysis

* Design customized onboarding workflows that enable resellers to sell our AI products effectively and with minimal delay

* Activate newly onboarded partners so they become productive sellers who close transactions and remain engaged within our AI-powered channel

Channel Sales Manager Key Responsibilities

* Drive revenue by sourcing, onboarding, and activating high-potential resellers motivated to capitalize on advanced AI solutions

Basic Requirements

* Advanced generative AI proficiency (i.e., use of multiple AI tools, ability to automate workflows and custom GPTs); if you've only used LLMs for research, learning, brainstorming, or content generation, that will be deemed insufficient

* At least 2 years of channel sales experience, specifically in sourcing and onboarding new partners (not just managing existing ones)

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
