What You Will Be Doing
* AI-Enhanced Sales Execution: Apply GenAI technologies directly to support and improve daily sales operations and activities.
* Advanced Sales Forecasting and Market Analysis: Manage analytics initiatives that leverage AI to project long-term market dynamics and sales outcomes.
* Drive AI Adoption: Spearhead efforts to implement AI-powered tools that provide sales teams with real-time support during customer engagements and negotiations.
Account Manager Key Responsibilities
* Achieve substantial gains in sales efficiency and effectiveness by creating and deploying AI-powered sales tools.
Basic Requirements
* Advanced generative AI proficiency (i.e., use of multiple AI tools, ability to automate workflows and custom GPTs); if you've only used LLMs for research, learning, brainstorming, or content generation, that will be deemed insufficient
* At least 3 years of experience in B2B software sales

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
