Are you a dynamic and skilled XSOAR Engineer looking for an exciting new challenge? Our client is on the hunt for a professional with expertise in Usecase development, playbook configuration, and Python scripting to join their New Sales sector team.

This is a 12-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

* Designing and implementing security use cases. Security Operations experience is a strong plus.

* Advanced experience and use of XSOAR.

* Developing playbooks tailored to specific operational processes.

* Writing scripts using Python language that enhance automation capabilities.

* Assist customers with their Incident Response efforts leveraging XSOAR (formerly Demisto) for Security Orchestration Automation and Response (SOAR).

* Ability to communicate effectively in crisis situations with all levels of an organization from Engineering/Operations to CIO/CISO audiences.

Essential Skills & Experience Required:

* Usecase Development: You should have proven experience crafting effective security scenarios which help organizations stay ahead of threats by identifying potential risks before they become incidents.

* Playbook Configuration: Your knowledge will be pivotal as we look towards optimizing our incident response through well-thought-out automated workflows – ensuring swift action when needed.

* Python Scripting: It's essential you bring strong programming abilities specifically around Python since it’s central to creating custom integrations and automating various tasks within environments driven by technology solutions like XSOAR.

* Experience in cybersecurity incident response.
