They’re hiring a VP Engineering to lead the core platform powering the portfolio.

• Own technical strategy for a portfolio-wide AI platform

• Lead and grow an elite engineering team

• Drive architecture, scalability, and build-vs-buy decisions

• Partner with researchers, scientists, and product leaders

• Allocate engineering resources across multiple ventures

🔧 Ideal background:

• Experience leading senior/principal engineers

• Strong systems + architecture expertise

• Startup or high-autonomy environment experience

• Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on engineering
