This senior leadership role sits at the intersection of healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, and large-scale customer transformation. You will be responsible for leading complex onboarding programs for major healthcare organizations, ensuring seamless operational transitions and measurable financial outcomes. Acting as both an executive partner and operational owner, you will align internal teams and client stakeholders around shared success metrics. The role requires strong leadership in high-stakes environments where process change, technology adoption, and workflow redesign directly impact performance. You will also serve as a strategic voice in shaping operating models, improving delivery frameworks, and strengthening customer outcomes. This is a highly visible position where your leadership will directly influence enterprise-scale healthcare performance and patient care efficiency.
Accountabilities
* Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and revenue cycle transformation programs for large healthcare systems, ensuring successful operational transitions, adherence to timelines, and delivery of strong financial outcomes tied to P&L performance.
* Partner closely with executive stakeholders on both client and internal sides to align operational strategies, drive change management, and establish cohesive workflows across complex healthcare organizations.
* Oversee execution of onboarding operating models, continuously improving processes, governance structures, and delivery frameworks to scale performance and consistency.
* Act as a senior advisor and change leader, guiding customers through major operational, technological, and workflow transitions while ensuring adoption and long-term success.
* Contribute to enterprise strategy discussions by sharing operational insights, identifying improvement opportunities, and helping shape best practices across the organization.
* Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams, ensuring leadership depth, talent growth, and consistent execution excellence across multiple customer engagements.
Requirements
* 12+ years of operational experience, including at least 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management and 5+ years in progressive leadership roles within complex, matrixed environments.
* Strong background in managing large-scale healthcare onboarding, transformation, or operational change initiatives involving hospitals or health systems.
* Proven ability to lead complex transitions involving workflow redesign, systems implementation, and cross-functional alignment across multiple stakeholders.
* Deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations, financial performance drivers, and payer-provider dynamics.
* Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and navigate high-stakes decision-making environments.
* Advanced project management skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel and familiarity with structured planning systems (e.g., MS Project or similar).
* Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to build, scale, and mentor high-performing teams.
* Willingness to travel up to 40%.
