About The Role

What if your voice could directly shape how AI speaks to millions of people around the world? We're looking for Voice Recording Specialists to record natural speech samples that help train the next generation of AI speech systems — making them sound more human, more natural, and more accurate.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No voice acting experience required — just a clear, natural speaking voice and access to a reasonably quiet space. If you're comfortable talking, you're already most of the way there.

What You'll Do

* Record clear, natural voice samples by reading provided scripts and responding to conversational prompts

* Vary your tone, pacing, and delivery style as directed to capture a range of speech patterns

* Ensure recordings are clean, clear, and free from background noise

* Complete metadata forms accurately describing each recording session

* Participate in both scripted reading sessions and open-ended conversational recordings

* Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

* Clear, natural speaking voice — no formal training needed

* Access to a quiet recording environment at home

* A microphone, headset, or smartphone capable of capturing good audio quality

* Comfortable reading aloud and being recorded

* Reliable and consistent when completing task-based work independently

* No voice acting, broadcasting, or AI experience required

Nice to Have

* Experience in podcasting, narration, broadcasting, or public speaking

* Familiarity with audio recording tools or software

* Ability to adapt your delivery across different tones and styles — conversational, formal, expressive

* Background in communications, education, performance, or media
