About The Role

What if your voice could directly shape how AI understands and communicates with millions of Spanish speakers around the world? We're looking for professional voice actors and voice-over artists based in Spain to take part in paid in-person studio recording sessions that help train the next generation of AI speech systems.

This is a contract role for experienced voice performers who can deliver natural, expressive, and authentic Spanish (Spain) speech in a professional studio environment. Your voice won't be cloned — this project is about helping AI understand how real people speak.

* Session Length: 4 hours per session — 2 to 3 sessions total

What You'll Do

* Record natural, conversational Spanish (Spain) speech in a professional studio setting

* Participate in single-speaker sessions and dual-speaker dialogue recordings

* Deliver realistic, human-sounding speech that feels unscripted and spontaneous

* Follow light direction to vary tone, pacing, and delivery style

* Bring authentic Castilian Spanish accent and cadence to every session

Who You Are

* A professional voice actor or voice-over artist with real recording experience

* A native or near-native Spanish (Spain) speaker with an authentic regional accent

* Currently based in Spain — in-person studio attendance is required for this role

* Comfortable performing natural dialogue and conversational speech on cue

* Reliable, professional, and receptive to direction in a studio environment

* Working-level English for communication purposes

* Experience in broadcast, podcast, or commercial voice-over work

* Prior studio recording experience across different formats
