Visualization Engineer – ParaView (Scientific Data) | Remote

Position: ParaView Expert

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $50–$120/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end scientific visualization projects using ParaView.

* Document and explain visualization workflows and decision-making for AI training.

* Clean, preprocess, and manage complex scientific or simulation datasets.

* Apply advanced filters and visualization pipelines (volume rendering, streamlines, contours).

* Optimize performance and troubleshoot visualization issues.

* Collaborate remotely and share best practices with the team.

Requirements

* Expert-level hands-on experience with ParaView in real-world projects.

* Strong proficiency in Python scripting within ParaView.

* Background in engineering, medical imaging, or scientific visualization.

* Ability to manage full visualization workflows from raw data to final output.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Proven problem-solving ability and performance optimization experience.
