Job Overview
The Vice President, Robotics Learning will serve as a senior executive leader responsible for defining and executing VisionEdge AI Imaging’s robotics learning strategy, AI capability development, and autonomous systems roadmap.
Reporting directly to the CEO and CTO, this role will lead all aspects of robotics learning—including machine learning frameworks, autonomous decision systems, model training pipelines, and integration with blockchain-based infrastructure—ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term technology vision and growth objectives.
The VP will play a critical role in advancing VisionEdge AI Imaging’s position as a leader in AI-driven robotics and decentralized intelligence, enabling scalable innovation across both enterprise and platform ecosystems.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in AI, robotics, machine learning, or autonomous systems, with a proven ability to build and scale advanced technical teams and deliver real-world intelligent systems in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
Robotics Learning Strategy & AI Architecture
Lead and define VisionEdge AI Imaging’s global robotics learning and autonomous intelligence strategy.
Design scalable machine learning architectures for robotics perception, decision-making, and control systems.
Drive integration of AI models with blockchain-based data validation and decentralized learning frameworks.
Establish long-term technical vision for adaptive, self-improving robotic systems.
Machine Learning & Autonomous Systems Development
Oversee development of advanced ML models, including reinforcement learning, computer vision, and multi-agent systems.
Lead end-to-end AI lifecycle: data ingestion, training, validation, deployment, and continuous learning.
Ensure robustness, scalability, and real-time performance of autonomous systems in production environments.
Drive innovation in edge AI, simulation environments, and real-world deployment pipelines.
Blockchain Integration & Decentralized Intelligence
Integrate blockchain protocols to enable secure, auditable, and decentralized AI training and data exchange.
Develop frameworks for verifiable AI decision-making and trust-enhanced automation.
Explore tokenized incentives for distributed data contribution and model training ecosystems.
Collaborate with blockchain engineering teams to align infrastructure with AI system requirements.
Innovation, Research & Thought Leadership
Position VisionEdge AI Imaging as a leader in robotics learning, AI infrastructure, and decentralized intelligence.
Drive research initiatives, publications, and partnerships with academic and research institutions.
Represent the company at AI, robotics, and blockchain conferences and forums.
Translate advanced technical concepts into strategic insights for stakeholders and partners.
Growth Strategy & Ecosystem Development
Support expansion of VisionEdge AI Imaging’s AI and robotics capabilities across industries and global markets.
Build strategic partnerships with technology providers, enterprises, and research ecosystems.

Data-Driven Development & Performance Optimization
Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks for AI model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Leverage data pipelines, simulation, and feedback loops to continuously improve system performance.
Optimize resource utilization across compute, data, and model infrastructure.
Align AI development with measurable business and product outcomes.
Leadership & Organizational Development
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance AI and robotics engineering organization.
Foster collaboration across AI, blockchain, product, and infrastructure teams.
Develop technical leadership pipelines and scalable team structures.
Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and engineering excellence.
Qualifications
20+ years of progressive experience in AI, robotics, machine learning, or autonomous systems leadership roles.
Proven success in building and scaling advanced AI/robotics platforms in complex environments.
Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks, robotics systems, and AI infrastructure.
Experience integrating AI with distributed systems, cloud platforms, or blockchain technologies preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and deliver production-grade systems.
PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, AI, Engineering, or related field strongly preferred.
