Role Description

We're hiring a VP of Operations at Avrio AI.

This is not a chief of staff role. This is not a process documentation role. This is not an office manager with a big title.

Avrio is at an inflection point — enterprise customers across the EU and US, a job seeker product launching imminently, active partnerships with NVIDIA, AWS, and Microsoft Azure, and a significant fundraise ahead. The VP of Operations will own the infrastructure that makes all of it work.

The role spans three areas:

— Financial strategy: financial planning, modeling, fundraising readiness, AI economics, and compute cost management across AWS, Azure, and NVIDIA infrastructure

— Revenue and GTM operations: RevOps stack, pipeline visibility, forecasting, co-sell tracking with NVIDIA, AWS, and Microsoft

— Internal operations: company operating cadence, OKRs, vendor management, legal coordination, and compliance across US and EU

This role reports directly to the CEO. Boston, New York, or San Francisco preferred.

Qualifications

- Financial strategy and modeling — budgets, forecasts, unit economics, board-level narratives

- Fundraising and investor relations experience — has been in the room, not just adjacent to it

- AI economics fluency — understands compute costs, token economics, inference margin, and how they affect a scaling AI business

- RevOps and GTM systems ownership — CRM, pipeline, forecasting, partner co-sell tracking

- Cross-functional operational leadership across distributed, international teams

- Experience in a PE, VC-backed, or high-growth environment
