Job Overview

The Vice President, Artificial Intelligence will serve as a senior executive leader responsible for defining and executing SynAIpse Inc.’s global AI strategy, research roadmap, and intelligent platform development.

Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, this role will lead all aspects of AI—including machine learning research, AI productization, decentralized intelligence architecture, and AI-driven innovation—ensuring alignment with the company’s blockchain-native technology model and long-term growth objectives.

The VP of AI will play a critical role in advancing SynAIpse Inc.’s technological leadership, enabling scalable AI infrastructure, and driving innovation across decentralized systems, intelligent automation, and data ecosystems.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in artificial intelligence, distributed systems, or advanced analytics, with a proven ability to build and scale AI platforms in complex, high-growth, and technology-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Technology Leadership

Lead and oversee SynAIpse Inc.’s global AI strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate vision, product roadmap, and technological differentiation.

Define the company’s AI architecture across centralized and decentralized environments.

Establish SynAIpse Inc. as a leader in AI + blockchain convergence and decentralized intelligence systems.

Drive innovation in machine learning, deep learning, and AI infrastructure design.

AI Platform & Product Development

Oversee the development of scalable AI platforms, APIs, and intelligent systems powering SynAIpse products and client solutions.

Lead AI productization, including model deployment, lifecycle management, and performance optimization.

Collaborate with engineering, product, and blockchain teams to integrate AI capabilities into decentralized applications and protocols.

Ensure robustness, scalability, and security of AI systems across environments.

Decentralized Intelligence & Data Architecture

Design and implement decentralized AI frameworks, including distributed model training, federated learning, and on-chain/off-chain integration.

Develop data strategies supporting secure, privacy-preserving, and verifiable AI systems.

Leverage blockchain technologies to enhance trust, auditability, and transparency in AI outputs.

Build intelligent data pipelines and infrastructure for large-scale AI operations.

Research, Innovation & Thought Leadership

Lead advanced research initiatives in AI, including emerging areas such as generative AI, autonomous agents, and intelligent networks.

Drive collaboration with academic institutions, research labs, and ecosystem partners.

Publish insights, whitepapers, and technical thought leadership to position SynAIpse as an industry innovator.

Translate cutting-edge research into commercially viable products and solutions.

AI Governance, Risk & Ethics

Establish governance frameworks ensuring responsible AI development, deployment, and usage.

Address regulatory, ethical, and compliance considerations related to AI and data.

Implement model risk management, bias mitigation, and explainability standards.

Ensure alignment with global AI regulations and best practices.

Data-Driven Performance & Optimization

Define KPIs and performance metrics for AI models, platforms, and systems.

Drive continuous improvement in model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Implement monitoring systems for real-time performance tracking and optimization.

Align AI investments with business outcomes, product impact, and long-term value creation.

Leadership & Organizational Development

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global AI and data science team.

Foster collaboration across AI, engineering, blockchain, product, and business teams.

Qualifications

20+ years of progressive experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, or advanced technology leadership roles.

Proven success in building and scaling AI platforms, products, or infrastructure in high-growth or complex environments.

Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, distributed systems, or decentralized architectures is highly preferred.

Experience working with executive leadership, investors, and cross-functional global teams.

Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, data engineering, and large-scale system design.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related field required; PhD or advanced degree preferred.
