Position: Design Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $55–$95/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

* Design realistic, end-to-end design workflows that challenge today's best models.

* Grade agent performance in handling complex design scenarios.

* Build scenarios across visual and brand design, product and UX design, and content and creative operations.

* Create challenging scenarios requiring long focus sessions.

* Work independently and asynchronously with flexible hours to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Must-Have

* 3+ years in visual/brand design, product or UX design, or creative operations.

* Working fluency in at least two of: wireframing and prototyping (Figma, Sketch), visual design and brand systems, design systems and components, illustration, creative ops and asset management.

* Comfortable reading and producing design artifacts: specs, wireframes, prototypes, brand guidelines, creative briefs.

* Clear written communication; able to articulate reasoning and design decisions step by step.

* Drawn to long-horizon, challenging problem sets rather than one-off microtasks.
