Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced UiPath Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade automation solutions. This role involves defining scalable architectures, guiding development teams, and ensuring best practices across the automation lifecycle.

Exposure to Agentic AI is a strong advantage, enabling the design of next-generation intelligent automation solutions that go beyond rule-based RPA.

Key Responsibilities

* Design end-to-end UiPath automation architectures aligned with enterprise standards and business goals.

* Define solution blueprints, frameworks, and reusable components for scalable RPA delivery.

* Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance to development teams.

* Evaluate and recommend appropriate use of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, and other ecosystem tools.

* Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and IT teams to translate requirements into high-level solution designs.

* Ensure adherence to RPA best practices, governance, security, and compliance standards.

* Oversee integration of automation solutions with enterprise systems (APIs, databases, cloud platforms).

* Provide technical oversight during development, testing, deployment, and hypercare phases.

* Conduct solution reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization.

* Mentor developers and support capability building within the team.

* Contribute to innovation initiatives, including AI-driven and intelligent automation solutions.

Qualifications

* 7–10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in UiPath solutioning/architecture.

* Strong expertise in UiPath platform (Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center, Document Understanding).

* Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale RPA solutions.

* Solid understanding of RPA lifecycle, governance models, and delivery frameworks.

* Experience integrating RPA with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, etc.).

* Proficiency in programming/scripting (VB.Net, C#, Python, SQL).

* Strong knowledge of solution design principles, system integration, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS is a plus).

* UiPath certifications (Solution Architect / Advanced RPA Developer) highly preferred.
