IBFlash is an AI-native investment banking recruiting platform helping students break into investment banking, private equity, and high finance through technical prep, AI-powered mock interviews, modeling practice, and recruiting tools.

We are looking for ambitious, creative students interested in finance, social media, startups, and content creation to help grow the next generation of finance media and recruiting content.

What You’ll Do

• Create short-form content for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn, and X

• Post finance, recruiting, productivity, and “day in the life” style content

• Create engaging content around investment banking recruiting and student life

• Help brainstorm viral content ideas, hooks, and trends

• Collaborate with the IBFlash team on social media growth initiatives

• Build your own personal brand while helping grow IBFlash

What We’re Looking For

• Interest in finance, startups, creator economy, or social media

• Comfortable posting content online

• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or X

• Self-starter mentality with strong execution skills

• Creative thinker with strong internet/social media intuition
