About The Role

10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for knowledgeable turnaround/change consultants based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered organisational systems.

What You Will Do

* Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to organisational change, turnaround strategies, implementation requirements, and practical aspects of change management

* Evaluate AI responses for practical relevance, compliance, and real-world effectiveness

* Draft realistic turnaround and change scenarios based on your direct professional experience

* Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. consultant, client, leadership, or stakeholder)

* Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated organisational content

In simple terms: you will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects true change management reasoning, authentic organisational procedures, and practical approaches. Rather than conducting traditional change work, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about turnaround and change processes at scale.

Who You Are

* A senior-level turnaround/change consultant with significant professional experience within the EU or UK

* Experienced in advising on, planning, and executing change or turnaround strategies and projects

* Skilled at evaluating organisational processes, requirements, and compliance

* Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback

* Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
