We partner closely with leading GTM platforms, including Gainsight, Clari, and Salesloft, to help enterprise companies drive expansion and retention through AI-powered insights and agents. Having recently completed our Series A, we are growing fast and building the team that will take us to the next level.

The Role

The Transformation Director is QuadSci's most customer-facing delivery role. You are the bridge between the promise of AI and its real-world impact for our customers. From initial onboarding through production deployment, you own the customer's journey. You will be ensuring our AI is adopted, trusted, and driving measurable business value. This is not a traditional Customer Success role. You will operate at the intersection of enterprise change management, AI product delivery, and executive relationship management. 

What You'll Own

Onboarding & Delivery

* Lead goals and system validation to ensure full alignment on onboarding objectives and timelines

* Drive onboarding plans using our pilot tracker, setting milestones and scheduling executive readouts early

* Serving as a bridge between customer and the product team to translate customer requests to new features and product enhancements 

Trust & Conversion

* Own weekly cadences and incremental readouts of Cohorts, Growth AI performance, and full application rollout

* Educate and prove ML model performance for both Expansion Opportunity identification and Churn Risk prediction to key stakeholders

* Ensure AI agents are calibrated to reflect customer business context well enough to ensure trust with the customer

Expansion & Retention

* Build and execute adoption plans with customer leaders, ops teams, and enablement teams

* Track value realization quarter over quarter, equipping customer champions with evidence to evangelize internally

What We're Looking For

* 5+ years in a customer-facing delivery, implementation, or transformation role - ideally in B2B SaaS

* Experience delivering or managing AI/ML or analytics products inside enterprise customers

* Strong executive presence: comfortable presenting to CCOs, CROs, and RevOps leadership

* Background in GTM technology (Gainsight, Clari, Salesloft, Gong, or similar) is a significant plus

* Ability to manage complex, multi-threaded implementations across data, product, and business stakeholders

* A bias toward clarity because you simplify complexity and keep customers confident through ambiguity

Location

Remote-first with travel expected for key customer onboardings, partner events, and quarterly team summits.
