Transformation Consultant

In this role, you will partner directly with senior executives to shape and deliver enterprise-wide transformation initiatives driven by AI and emerging technologies. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping organizations rethink their operating models, customer experiences, and decision-making processes. This position offers the opportunity to work across industries and functions, tackling complex challenges and translating them into actionable, measurable outcomes. You will play a key role in guiding organizations through large-scale change, from defining vision to driving adoption. Working in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment, you’ll collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence high-impact decisions at the highest levels.

Accountabilities

* Engage with C-suite and senior leaders to define and drive AI-led and enterprise transformation strategies

* Develop comprehensive transformation roadmaps aligned with business goals such as growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage

* Structure complex and ambiguous challenges into clear frameworks, actionable plans, and strategic recommendations

* Assess and redesign business processes, customer journeys, and operational models using AI and automation capabilities

* Lead cloud transformation initiatives, including migration strategies and system modernization efforts

* Facilitate executive workshops, stakeholder interviews, and alignment sessions to drive consensus and decision-making

* Design and implement change management programs across people, processes, and technology

* Translate strategic initiatives into execution plans with defined milestones, ownership, and success metrics

* Identify risks, dependencies, and barriers, ensuring smooth execution and adoption of transformation initiatives

* Contribute to thought leadership, methodologies, and reusable frameworks for transformation programs

Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise transformation, or technology advisory roles

* Proven experience engaging with and influencing C-level stakeholders

* Demonstrated success in leading AI or digital transformation programs, including business case development

* Strong understanding of customer experience ecosystems, including contact center technologies and omnichannel strategies

* Experience with cloud transformation or SaaS-based platform implementations

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex challenges

* Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience creating executive-level materials

* Familiarity with change management frameworks and enterprise-scale transformation delivery

* Ability to work across industries, functions, and fast-paced environments with adaptability and credibility

* Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred

* Experience in top-tier consulting firms or large-scale in-house transformation roles

* Knowledge of AI technologies, including agentic AI, conversational AI, and automation tools

* Certifications in change management, project management, or cloud architecture

* Hands-on experience in customer operations, contact centers, or digital transformation environments
