Job Location: On-Site/Hybrid (Must go onsite in Janesville, WI, 3 days a week)

In this role, you will:

* Training Leadership (Primary Focus – ~75%)

* Develop and execute the end‑to‑end training strategy, including delivery approach and success measures.

* Define the training environment strategy and coordinate with technical teams on data, access, and readiness.

* Conduct needs analysis to identify learner groups, required competencies, and curriculum structure.

* Build and maintain the training plan, curriculum map, and delivery schedule.

* Lead and oversee an Instructional Designer, ensuring consistency and quality across all training materials.

* Partner with project managers, change management, and SMEs to ensure training alignment and readiness.

* Manage training logistics, communications, and stakeholder engagement.

* Measure training effectiveness and refine the approach based on feedback and performance data.

* Instructional Design (Secondary Focus – ~25%)

* Design and develop 1–2 courses using Articulate Rise, PowerPoint, or other eLearning/ILT formats.

* Create facilitator guides, participant guides, job aids, and assessments.

* Apply adult learning principles to ensure content is clear, engaging, and effective.

* Support delivery of instructor‑led training sessions as needed.

* Design and develop 1–2 courses using Articulate Rise, PowerPoint, or other eLearning/ILT formats.

Who You Are:

* 7+ years of experience in training, instructional design, learning & development, or a related field.

* 3+ years leading training workstreams or owning enterprise-level training strategy.

* Strong background in adult learning methodologies and curriculum development.

* Proficiency with Articulate Rise/Storyline and Microsoft PowerPoint.

* Ability to translate complex business processes into clear, engaging learning experiences.

* Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills.

* Experience working in fast‑paced, cross‑functional project environments.
