This role is a senior, revenue-generating technical leadership position focused on shaping enterprise AI transformation across Microsoft’s ecosystem. You will act as the primary presales authority for AI-driven solutions, guiding clients through strategy, architecture, and implementation of advanced AI and automation capabilities. The position combines solution architecture, enterprise consulting, and commercial ownership, with direct responsibility for driving business growth. You will design end-to-end AI solutions that integrate data, governance, and security foundations into production-ready architectures. A key focus is enabling next-generation AI agents and multi-agent systems that extend beyond traditional automation. Operating at the intersection of innovation and enterprise delivery, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional experts to build scalable, responsible AI solutions.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead AI solution design and presales execution across enterprise clients, owning both technical direction and revenue contribution while shaping next-generation AI capabilities.

* Drive the full presales lifecycle including discovery, solution design, proof-of-concept development, proposals, and executive presentations for Microsoft AI-driven engagements

* Architect enterprise AI solutions using Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Power Platform

* Design integrated solutions leveraging data, governance, and analytics foundations with collaboration across specialist architecture teams

* Develop and scale AI agent and multi-agent orchestration offerings, including reusable frameworks and proof-of-concept environments

* Own revenue targets tied to AI professional services and contribute to pipeline development and forecasting

* Lead executive-level client engagements, translating complex AI concepts into clear business value and strategic roadmaps

* Produce technical proposals, statements of work, and delivery architectures aligned with commercial objectives

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a senior-level AI solution architect with deep Microsoft ecosystem expertise, strong commercial acumen, and hands-on experience building enterprise AI systems.

* 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, presales engineering, or technical consulting within Microsoft environments

* Strong hands-on expertise with AI, automation, and cloud technologies, including production AI systems and enterprise deployments

* Proven experience designing and deploying AI agents, conversational AI, or intelligent automation workflows

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft AI and data platforms including Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Microsoft Purview

* Experience with CI/CD, system design, APIs, microservices, and scalable cloud architectures

* Demonstrated ability to engage executive stakeholders and lead complex enterprise sales conversations

* Strong commercial experience including proposals, SOW creation, and revenue ownership in a services environment

* Familiarity with AI agent frameworks (e.g., Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangGraph) is highly valued

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
