Stelvio Group is partnered with a rapidly growing AI and hardware technology company expanding its US Field Service organization.

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Training Lead to build and scale structured training programs, onboarding pathways, certification frameworks, and technical knowledge systems for Field Service Engineers supporting advanced hardware systems in the field.

This role combines:

* field service / hardware expertise

* technical training ownership

* LMS and learning infrastructure

* curriculum and documentation development

Key Responsibilities

* Design and deliver technical training programs for Field Service Engineers

* Build onboarding frameworks, certification pathways, and scalable learning content

* Own and support LMS / training infrastructure processes

* Create and maintain SOPs, troubleshooting guides, user manuals, and technical documentation

* Deliver hands-on and virtual training across US locations

* Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to support knowledge transfer and training standardization

* Support field teams with troubleshooting and technical guidance

What We’re Looking For

* Background in:

* Field Service Engineering

* Technical Training

* Technical Enablement

* or similar hands-on technical roles

* Experience developing:

* technical training programs

* curriculum

* onboarding programs

* certification pathways

* SOPs/documentation

* Experience with LMS / learning systems

* Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, electromechanical, automation, or technical systems

* Comfortable training engineers and technicians in field environments

* Willingness to travel (30%)
