Role Overview

This is not a traditional Tier 2 support role.

This role is designed for South African IT professionals who want to:

* build globally relevant skills

* transition into AI-driven work

* accelerate their careers

You will operate as a Tier 2 support engineer while entering our:

AI Operations Acceleration TrackWhat This Means

You are not just supporting IT systems.

You are learning how to:

* Use AI to solve real support problems

* Build AI agents and workflows

* Automate repetitive tasks

* Support AI-enabled environments

* Work with global clients using modern AI tools

What You’ll DoCore Tier 2 Responsibilities

* Handle escalated support tickets

* Troubleshoot:

* Windows environments

* Networking

* Security issues

* Support deployments and migrations

* Maintain documentation and processes

* Deliver excellent customer service

AI Operations Acceleration Track

You will also:

* Work with 50+ AI models, including:

* Claude

* Gemini

* ChatGPT

* Build AI-powered workflows

* Develop internal tools and agents

* Use AI to improve support delivery

* Participate in weekly training sessions

Training & Mentorship

You will learn directly from:

* Dr Jan van Niekerk

* Dr Alex Heublein

* Netsurit’s Innovate AI leadership team

What We’re Looking ForRequired:

* 2–4 years IT support experience

* Tier 2 or escalation experience

* Strong knowledge of:

* Windows environments

* Networking fundamentals

* Troubleshooting

* Good communication skills

* Organized and detail-oriented
