Technical Solutions Manager

In this role, you will act as a key link between sales, product, and engineering teams, translating complex technical capabilities into real-world customer solutions. Accountabilities

* Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities and lead technical discovery discussions with prospective customers

* Design and deliver tailored solutions, including technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements

* Act as the primary technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, ensuring alignment between customer needs and product capabilities

* Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical inquiries with accuracy and strategic insight

* Build strong relationships with technical stakeholders and decision-makers across client organizations

* Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development

* Support seamless onboarding by working closely with customer success teams post-sale

* Contribute to internal documentation, technical playbooks, and demo environments

* Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and target market needs

* Represent the organization at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings when required

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, GIS, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field

* 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or consulting roles, ideally within geospatial or Earth observation domains

* Hands-on experience with geospatial data, remote sensing technologies, and related tools

* Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, preferably Python

* Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure

* Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

* Experience working with AI/ML applications in geospatial or data analytics contexts is a plus

* Strong customer-facing skills with a consultative and solution-oriented mindset

* Excellent collaboration and communication abilities across cross-functional teams
