We’re hiring a Technical Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our core API platform. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, data science, and operations, ensuring our APIs deliver customer value while maintaining high standards for reliability, scalability, and data integrity.

The ideal candidate is deeply technical and product-oriented, and can balance customer-facing capabilities with backend and operational platform improvements.

What You’ll Do

* Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the core API platform serving internal and external customers

* Define, prioritize, and deliver API and platform features that improve usability, stability, scalability, and data integrity

* Translate complex engineering and data science requirements into clear product priorities and business outcomes

* Serve as the bridge between technical and business teams to ensure alignment and effective execution

* Partner with engineering and SRE to drive operational excellence across reliability, observability, performance, and scalability

* Lead operational platform initiatives including CI/CD improvements, logging, monitoring, alerting, and infrastructure enhancements

* Define and prioritize data lifecycle workflows, including real-time data handling and archiving to support model training and analytics

* Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, operations, and customer-facing teams to scope high-impact initiatives

* Establish and track KPIs such as API adoption, uptime, latency, performance, and data availability

* Use metrics and customer feedback to guide prioritization and continuous iteration

* Communicate roadmap priorities, tradeoffs, and progress clearly to executive, technical, and non-technical stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

* 3+ years of product management experience, ideally focused on API, platform, or infrastructure products

* Strong technical background; prior experience as a software engineer, solutions architect, or similar technical role is a strong plus

* Experience with API lifecycle management and platform product ownership

* Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and SRE/observability practices (monitoring, alerting, incident management)

* Proven ability to balance customer needs, internal requests, and technical debt in roadmap decisions

* Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and operations partners

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

* Product mindset that treats reliability, maintainability, and platform quality as core product features
