Technical Product Manager - Hadron

You will shape roadmap priorities, coordinate engineering delivery, and make critical product decisions across integrations, compliance, and scalability. Accountabilities

* Own the overall product leadership of the Hadron platform, including vision, roadmap, prioritization, and execution delivery.

* Define and enforce roadmap priorities while protecting the platform from unnecessary scope expansion.

* Make go/no-go decisions on new features, releases, integrations, and product enhancements.

* Translate institutional client requirements, market opportunities, and compliance constraints into scalable product strategies.

* Coordinate closely with engineering teams and external technology partners to ensure efficient delivery cycles.

* Maintain product backlogs, technical documentation, API requirements, and release planning processes.

* Resolve conflicts between client requests, technical feasibility, regulatory obligations, and business priorities.

* Ensure long-term architecture coherence, platform scalability, and product consistency across multiple asset classes and blockchain networks.

* Gather recurring client and partner feedback to improve onboarding, integrations, and user experience.

Requirements

* Significant experience in senior product management roles within fintech, blockchain, tokenization, or capital markets environments.

* Proven hands-on exposure to tokenized asset products, including issuance, transfer, redemption, custody models, and settlement workflows.

* Strong understanding of traditional financial infrastructure such as funds, broker-dealers, custody operations, banking rails, and clearing systems.

* Familiarity with token standards across blockchain ecosystems and their use cases in institutional settings.

* Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to digital assets and tokenized securities.

* Experience working directly with institutional clients such as banks, asset managers, family offices, or sovereign funds.

* Strong ability to assess feasibility, prioritize competing requests, and distinguish scalable product needs from bespoke customizations.

* Excellent stakeholder management, decision-making, and cross-functional communication skills.

* Strong written and spoken English with the ability to operate effectively in a distributed global team.

* Highly autonomous, analytical, and comfortable taking ownership in fast-paced environments.
