Technical Partner Manager — Paris (Hybrid)

Full-time · Reports to CBO · 20-person team

About Ircam Amplify

We're a Paris-based MusicTech company that turns cutting-edge audio research from Ircam into real products, at scale. Our mission: make music intelligence accessible across the entire industry - DSPs, labels, distributors, publishers. We're entering a new growth phase and building the team that will define what comes next.

The Role

We're looking for a Technical Partner Manager to own the technical side of our partner relationships from first conversation to long-term success. You'll sit at the intersection of BD and Engineering -scoping integrations before deals close, then leading them through to delivery. This is a foundational hire with real influence over how we scale.

What you'll do:

* Support BD pre-deal: assess technical feasibility, shape integration proposals, and give prospective partners confidence in our approach

* Own post-signature: onboard partners onto our APIs, manage integrations end-to-end, and be their primary technical contact

* Identify and resolve issues early, working directly with engineering to prioritise fixes

* Turn partner feedback into clear product input - you're a key signal for what the market needs

* Build documentation and onboarding resources that make partnerships easier to scale

* Track partner health across the portfolio and flag risks before they become problems

What you bring:

* 3–5+ years in technical partner management, solutions engineering, or developer relations - startup or scale-up experience preferred

* Solid technical grounding: APIs, SDKs, integration patterns; able to hold a real conversation with an engineering team

* Genuine curiosity about music and audio technology

* Strong relationship instincts - you build trust quickly and keep partners feeling like a priority

* Ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences with ease

* Organised, autonomous, and ownership-minded - in a small team, you pick things up without being asked

Why join us

Close access to engineering and leadership. Real influence over how we work with the industry's most important players. If you want to build something meaningful at the centre of AI and music, this is the role.
