We are seeking an expert Technical Lead to join our customer's team and drive innovation on a cutting-edge AI agent project. In this role, you will leverage your deep hands-on coding expertise to guide the design, development, and training of AI models. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely with a dynamic, collaborative team on impactful technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead technical direction and architectural decisions for AI agent development using modern programming languages.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize scalable AI solutions.

* Write high-quality, production-level code in React, Python, Node.js, PHP, .NET, C#, or C++.

* Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.

* Develop, evaluate, and iterate on AI model training processes to enhance performance and accuracy.

* Ensure clear, concise, and effective written and verbal communication within the team and with stakeholders.

* Continuously research emerging trends in AI and software development to recommend improvements and drive innovation.

Required Skills And Qualifications

* 3+ years of hands-on experience developing with React, Python, Node.js, PHP, .NET, C#, or C++.

* Proven leadership experience guiding technical teams and projects to successful delivery.

* Strong expertise in training AI models and implementing machine learning solutions.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clarity and collaboration.

* Ability to take ownership of complex tasks and drive projects from ideation to completion.

* Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced remote environment.

* Experience working with distributed teams and agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

* Exposure to multiple programming languages and willingness to learn new technologies.

* Prior involvement in AI agent or similar advanced technology projects.

* Experience working on customer-facing or client-driven teams.
