Technical Lead (Full-Stack) - Early-Team AI Start-up

We’re Glorya, a Berlin-based AI-powered marketing start-up, building Marketing Agents that automate generative performance-marketing. Our platform continually optimises campaigns, boosts results, and learns from every iteration, putting powerful, AI-driven performance marketing within every small business’s reach, at a price that’s a fraction of the norm.

Aufgaben

* Own the architecture – Design and evolve our Next.js / TypeScript / Postgres stack for scale, reliability, and rapid experimentation.

* Ship end-to-end features – From discovery to deployment, translate product ideas into customer-ready functionality.

* Integrate Ad-platform APIs – Build & maintain high-throughput connectors (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) that power our autonomous agents.

* Collaborate with founders – Work directly with our CTO to turn cutting-edge AI research into production software.

* Champion quality & performance – Own technical KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and keep technical debt close to zero.

Qualifikation

* 3+ years of professional software engineering.

* Recent, hands-on expertise with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Postgres.

* Proven record of architecting and shipping complex, customer-facing systems independently.

* Start-up mindset: thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and bias toward action.

* Passion for the latest AI trends and eagerness to push the boundary of what’s possible.

* Strong sense of ownership, proactive communication, and a writing-first approach.
