Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll be able to:

* Define the technical architecture for bots (Azure Bot Service, Cognitive Services, LLMs);

* Oversee the integration of language models and conversational APIs;

* Ensure agent performance, security, and scalability;

* Coach the team and ensure compliance with MLOps and CI/CD practices;

* Implement and optimize CI/CD chains for AI solutions;

* Collaborate with data, BI and IT teams to ensure integration with existing ecosystems;

* Contribute to architecture decisions and AI technology directions.

The profile we are looking for is as follows:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline;

* Have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in software development;

* Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in cloud solutions (Azure, AWS or GCP);

* Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in AI and data science solutions (LLM, NLP, predictive models);

* Demonstrate experience in integrating AI services (Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, API, microservices, Azure Functions);

* Knowledge of DevOps and IaC (Terraform, Artifactory, AKS) (an asset);

* Knowledge of Azure data tools (Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks), as well as monitoring (Dynatrace, Splunk) (an asset).

* Have advanced expertise in Python;

* Have a mastery of CI/CD, MLOps, and LLMOps practices ;

* Have a mastery of an additional structured language (Java or C++);

* Have a good grasp of GitHub Actions and source control practices;

* Demonstrate a solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases and data modeling.
