Coordinate distribution and transportation needs across multiple sites with third-party stakeholders.

Monitor delivery performance and resolve inventory, vendor, and arrival issues.

Track logistics metrics and maintain accurate inventory counts, transactions, and projections.

Full Description

What success looks like in this role:

• Provides Distribution & Transportation support for multiple sites / locations.

• Facilitates advance planning with third-party stakeholders to meet changes in anticipated demand.

• Monitors performance to ensure on-time deliveries, identifying and resolving inventory and vendor issues.

• Works with company and third-party consolidator representatives on arrival issues.

• Reviews Distribution & Transportation metrics for patterns, trends, and systemic issues.

• Maintains complete and accurate records of all transactions and projections.

• Interfacing with program, project and other business users to manage and analyze return and repair issues.

• Ensuring accurate inventory counts.

• Maintains a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor and dress

You will be successful in this role if you have:

High School Diploma or GED required

May require technical certification or Associate Degree

Generally, 1-2years’ experience in area of responsibility

This role requires a mandatory NV1 security clearance.
