The Opportunity

As a Senior Technical Business Analyst you will play a key role in leading several unique and complex AI projects that are currently in flight.

Key Responsibilities

* This role requires you to communicate highly effectively, have a voice to raise ideas or issues to ensure our agile teams are on the right path and support them to adapt, pivot and make fast decisions.

* General business analysis activities for large-scale enterprise projects: from requirement gathering, working with stakeholders and customers, documentation, workshops, implementation, quality assurance and continuous improvement.

* You will collaborate with senior leaders to develop strategies and translate them into actionable initiatives for successful project delivery.

* Conduct detailed analysis of data, processes and workflows to support decision-making and risk management.

* You will proactively collaborate with team members to gain a deep understanding of our product first.

* You will quickly be able to make huge impact in shaping the success of our delivery and solutions.

* The nature of the role is creative as you will work across many use cases, and be involved in new emerging AI projects that will change how we interact and integrate with AI.

Requirements

The Senior Technical Business Analyst can confidently manage stakeholders, take ownership of issues and drive them through to solution, you can see the bigger picture while diving into the details.

To Be Successful You Must Demonstrate The Following

* Ideally at least 8 years of experience working as a Senior Business Analyst.

* Knowledge of best practice and industry standards with a strong ability to thrive in an Agile environment.

* Strong track record of leading complex projects in either global enterprise and/or startup environments.

* Extensive experience facilitating project inception and requirement workshops with multiple stakeholders.

* Demonstrated familiarity with software development, SOC compliance, regulatory, maintenance, etc.

* Impeccable attention to detail and integrity in your work ethic.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Leadership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency in advanced business analysis tools and methodologies such as Jira and Confluence.
