We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to drive the end-to-end technical delivery of the Revenue Intelligence Hub (RIH) – an AI-enabled forecasting and scenario planning platform that will become Finance’s single source of truth for revenue outlooks.

In this role, you will lead the architecture, engineering execution, and technical quality across the full stack, including data, ML/forecasting models, backend services, APIs, and DevOps. The product will initially support Pharma US and later scale to additional regions.

You will work closely with product owners, data teams, and finance stakeholders to deliver a scalable, production-ready solution that supports data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities

Technical leadership & architecture

* Define and own the technical architecture and engineering strategy for the Revenue Intelligence Hub.

* Drive key design decisions related to data flows, integrations, ML pipelines, and system scalability.

* Establish and maintain engineering standards, including coding practices, CI/CD pipelines, documentation, and release processes.

Product delivery

* Lead a cross-functional squad of engineers, data engineers, and ML specialists through iterative delivery.

* Translate business requirements into technical solutions, features, and user stories.

* Ensure robust implementation of:

* Data ingestion pipelines and model-ready datasets

* Forecasting model lifecycle (training, validation, monitoring, retraining)

* Scenario simulation capabilities and explainability features

* User-facing APIs and integration with UI components

Data governance & Responsible AI

* Collaborate with Data Product and Data Domain teams to ensure data availability, quality, and governance.

* Embed Responsible AI and compliance principles across the development lifecycle, including model validation, traceability, and auditability.

Stakeholder collaboration

* Partner with Business and Product Owners to align technical delivery with business priorities and finance requirements.

* Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks and maintain transparent communication on progress, risks, and trade-offs.

* Proactively identify and resolve delivery blockers.

Required experience

* Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Solution Architect delivering data-driven or AI-based products into production.

* Strong knowledge of:

* Backend development and API design

* Data engineering and data pipeline architecture

* Machine learning lifecycle and MLOps practices

* Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and guiding technical decision-making.

* Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.

* Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
