To support this ambitious journey, we’re hiring a Talent Lead to build and run world-class recruitment operations.

About the Role

This is a critical role, working directly with the CEO and the CTO. You’ll be at the center of Bonx’s most strategic growth lever: hiring exceptional people who will define our trajectory.

Your primary responsibilities include:

* Owning and leading end-to-end recruitment processes across all departments (from sourcing to closing).

* Collaborating with founders and team leads to define roles, write scorecards, and design structured hiring processes.

* Building high-quality candidate pipelines and deploying creative sourcing strategies.

* Ensuring a smooth and delightful candidate experience across all touchpoints.

* Driving employer branding efforts and helping shape Bonx’s recruiting narrative.

* Offloading operational and process-heavy tasks from the co-founders.

* You will be central to shaping Bonx’s culture and team as we grow—your impact will be visible from day one.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have

* 2–5 years experience as the primary recruiter at a fast-growing startup or scale-up.

* Track record of sourcing and closing top-tier candidates across different functions.

* Strong operational skills—able to run multiple processes in parallel with rigor and speed.

* Excellent people skills and ability to earn trust from both candidates and team members.

* Exposure to SaaS or B2B tech.

* Fluency in English and French—both are must-haves.

* Ownership and accountability—you’re proactive, reliable, and accountable.

* Strong written communication and ability to pitch Bonx’s vision compellingly.

This Role Is Not for You If

* You’re looking for a predictable corporate job. This is a startup—things change quickly and you’ll be expected to lead without waiting for instructions.

* You’re not comfortable juggling multiple recruiting processes or switching gears frequently.

* You prefer narrow, defined scopes. This role demands breadth, curiosity, and initiative across multiple domains.

* You’re not fluent in both French and English—both are necessary to operate effectively in our team and ecosystem.

Recruitment Process

1. Introductory Interview: A 30-minute chat to understand your profile and career direction.

2. Experience Interview: A 45-minute deep dive into your past experiences with our Chief of Staff, Guillaume.

3. Technical Interview: A structured evaluation of your sourcing and hiring craft (1h30) with our CTO, Rémi.

4. Culture Fit: A conversation with our CEO, Alex, to assess values alignment.

5. Reference Check: We’ll speak with a few of your former managers or colleagues.
