As the first Head of Talent, you will lead global strategy to hire the top 0.1% of AI researchers and engineers. You will own full-cycle recruitment and people operations, building an elite team from the ground up for a high-growth startup currently making real-world impact in industrial manufacturing.
Location: Austin, USA or London, UK

What you will do:
* Lead global talent strategy to source specialized technical talent, including AI researchers and Forward Deployed Engineers, using non-obvious channels.

* Design and manage all people operations, including compensation benchmarking, performance management frameworks, and the global onboarding experience.
