About The Role

We're growing fast and we need someone to own the recruiting function that makes it happen. This is a full-cycle role where you'll run everything from building pipelines to closing offers, across multiple functions simultaneously.

You'll work closely with hiring managers across the company and report directly to leadership. You will own our people expansion. You'll set the process, own the candidate experience, and make a direct impact on who Intric becomes.

This role exists because we're serious about the quality of our hires. The people you bring in will shape how we build AI infrastructure for some of Europe's most important organizations.

What You'll Do

You will play a key role in building the team that takes Intric from a leading Swedish AI company to a European leader. This includes:

* Running full-cycle recruiting across all functions, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers

* Building and maintaining proactive candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, GitHub, networks, and events

* Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal profiles, and interview processes

* Managing candidate experience from first touchpoint to signed offer

* Maintaining and improving our ATS (teamtailor) and recruiting workflows

* Contributing to employer branding. How Intric shows up to candidates is crucial to us

Who You Are

You are a true entrepreneur within the people space. You want to own the next step of Intric’s journey to find the people for our expansion. You are an Intric person - smart, get things done, kind and energized.

* 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a tech startup environment

* Passionate about what we do, and want to find likeminded people to join our journey

* Strong sourcing skills, you know how to find people who aren't actively looking

* Structured and organised, you can run 10+ open roles simultaneously without dropping the ball

* Direct communicator who builds trust quickly with both candidates and hiring managers. You want to truly understand what people we need for growth, and what candidates are looking for to find perfect matches!

* Genuine interest in AI

* You are drawn to Intric’s mission to bring secure, sovereign and easy-to-use AI to Europe’s most critical institutions

* Bonus: experience building recruiting processes from scratch at an early-stage company
