We're hiring for a leading manufacturer of high-tech products in the reconnaissance, armaments, and defense industry. This employer is expanding its portfolio with digital applications, networked services, and intelligent algorithms for operational systems, combining classic system integration with modern digital technology and AI-powered algorithms.

The Role

• Assume system responsibility for digital defense products

• Plan, manage, and monitor complex development projects using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)

• Develop system concepts in collaboration with product management and interdisciplinary teams

• Create system specifications, test concepts, and verification methods based on product requirements

• Ensure compliance with norms, guidelines, and safety-relevant standards

• Coordinate technical documentation with national and international suppliers

What You'll Need

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification

• Several years of experience in Systems Engineering or complex development and integration projects

• Knowledge of model-based system development (SysML) and experience with tools like Cameo or Enterprise Architect

• Ability to structure, analyze, and clearly communicate complex technical information

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with confidence in dealing with internal and external partners
