Where You’ll Make a Difference
• Manage stock transfer orders and replenishment activities across affiliate markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer demand and delivery commitments.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks to ensure business continuity and service excellence.
• Optimize inventory levels and drive improvements in inventory health across distribution centers.
• Maintain planning-related master data and support process enhancements within SAP.
• Generate and analyze demand forecasts to support effective supply planning decisions.
• Facilitate planning reviews and drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and operational performance.
What Makes You the Right Fit
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, or related functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data effectively.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, with strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
How Would You Stand Out?
• Experience working with SAP ERP systems.
• Knowledge of SAP IBP or other advanced planning tools.
• Experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or supply planning within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
