This role sits at the intersection of supply chain operations, analytics, and cross-functional execution, supporting the global flow of critical equipment across complex business environments. You will play a key part in ensuring alignment between planning, sourcing, and finance teams to secure funding, optimize execution, and enable efficient delivery performance. The position combines analytical rigor with operational ownership, focusing on improving end-to-end supply chain visibility and performance. You will manage key systems and processes related to order execution, change management, and invoicing while driving continuous improvement initiatives. A strong focus of the role is leveraging data to generate insights, improve reporting, and enhance decision-making across supply chain functions. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence across multiple business units.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for enabling efficient supply chain execution through strong analytical support, process ownership, and cross-functional collaboration. You will ensure alignment across planning, sourcing, and finance while improving visibility, accuracy, and performance across key supply chain metrics.

* Drive alignment across Planning, Sourcing, and Finance to secure funding and support global operational requirements.

* Own and manage systems and workflows related to order execution, change orders, and invoicing processes.

* Partner with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and improve tools, automation, and process efficiencies.

* Lead supply chain reporting and analytics, including performance tracking for on-time delivery, supplier commitments, and PO execution.

* Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for process optimization.

* Collaborate with Sourcing teams to maintain accurate product catalogs, pricing, and lead time data.

* Support solution design, testing, change management, and rollout of new tools and process improvements.

* Influence stakeholders across functions to ensure effective execution of supply chain strategies.

Requirements

This role requires strong experience in supply chain operations combined with analytical capability and a process improvement mindset. You bring the ability to translate data into actionable insights while working effectively across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years of experience in supply chain or related business/technical fields.

* 4+ years of experience in supply chain management or adjacent operational roles.

* Strong analytical background with experience in data-driven or performance-focused roles.

* Proven track record of improving business processes and operational workflows.

* Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.

* Strong understanding of supply chain metrics, reporting, and performance analysis.

* Ability to manage system-driven processes such as order execution and change management.

* Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and operational accuracy.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills across business functions.

* Comfortable working in complex, matrixed environments with multiple priorities.
