Role Description

The Study Operations Moderator is responsible for managing and overseeing the execution of on-site operations for AI data collection studies in Amsterdam. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting and scheduling participants, ensuring logistics are in place, conducting study sessions, and maintaining data quality. Additional responsibilities involve troubleshooting issues, recording observations, and upholding LXT’s high standards for efficient project management. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

* Proven organizational and project management skills, with an ability to manage schedules, coordinate logistics, and oversee operations.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to recruit, interact with, and direct participants professionally.

* Attention to detail and experience in data collection, quality assurance, and ensuring accurate results.

* Experience in customer service or client relations is a plus.

* Proficiency in English (oral and written); knowledge of Dutch or other languages is an advantage.

* Ability to work independently, adapt to flexible schedules, and thrive in a multicultural environment.

* Prior experience with AI training data collection processes or human moderation is beneficial.
