With approximately 1,100 colleagues in Denmark and 3,000 across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Lithuania, and the UAE, we operate in a complex, international setup where strong People & Culture operations are essential to ensuring quality, scalability, and consistency.
We are now looking for a Student Worker to join our Global People & Culture Operations team. The role is divided approximately 60% Denmark and 40% global collaboration, offering both local operational responsibility and international exposure.
Join Our People & Culture Operations Team
You will become part of a team responsible for ensuring accurate HR processes, high data quality, and seamless employee lifecycle management across Twoday. We work closely with IT, Finance, managers, and international colleagues to ensure operational excellence in a growing and complex organization. Our team is located across Norway, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, UAE, and Denmark, and we collaborate closely in a virtual setup to ensure alignment, knowledge sharing, and efficient cross-border cooperation.
Your Responsibilities
* Execute and maintain pre-boarding and onboarding workflows
* Manage offboarding processes, including system closures, documentation, and access removal
* Maintain and update HR master data in our HCM system, Workday
* Prepare and issue contract addendums
* Coordinate with IT, Finance, and managers to ensure correct equipment, access, and data accuracy
* Prepare reports and data extracts for leadership teams and key stakeholders
* Support cross-country HR operational processes
* Contribute to data consistency and process alignment across markets
* Collaborate with international stakeholders on system updates and reporting
* Provide ad hoc assistance across the broader People & Culture function
Who Are You?
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within HR, Business Administration, Business Management, Organizational Development, or similar
* Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable in delivering work within agreed deadlines
* Self-driven with a strong desire to learn
* Comfortable working in systems and handling confidential information
* Proactive and motivated by improving processes
* Fluent in Danish and English
