About The Role

10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for experienced strategy consultants based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world applicability of AI-powered business and consulting systems.

What You Will Do

* Review and refine AI-generated outputs on strategy consulting topics, including corporate strategy, market analysis, organizational change, digital transformation, and business planning

* Evaluate AI responses for business relevance, logical rigor, and practical applicability

* Draft realistic strategic scenarios based on your consulting experience

* Assess AI reasoning on frameworks, analytical approaches, case studies, and stakeholder dynamics

* Identify gaps, misinterpretations, or flaws in methodology or business analysis

* Create alternative scenarios from the perspectives of consultant, executive, or board member

In Simple Terms

You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects authentic strategic best practices and solid business logic. Rather than traditional consulting delivery, you’ll apply your strategic expertise to help AI systems truly understand and reason about real-world business strategy challenges.

Who You Are

* A strategy consultant, management consultant, or business advisor with several years’ hands-on experience

* Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK

* Experienced in strategy development, corporate advisory, or management consulting

* Comfortable identifying flaws, unrealistic assumptions, or weak logic in strategic analysis

* Knowledgeable about common business frameworks, analytical approaches, and best practices

* Able to work independently and provide clear, structured feedback

* Available for 8–20 hours per week, with near-term start
