Strategy / Chief of Staff

🥷 What You will do

You will work directly with the founders to drive the company’s most critical priorities. You will spend the majority of your time unblocking execution, increasing clarity, and ensuring the organization operates at a high level of intensity and focus.

You will:

* Act as a force multiplier for the leadership team, ensuring priorities are clear and executed.

* Contribute to the strategy of the company.

* Drive cross-functional initiatives from definition to completion, with full ownership.

* Impose structure and clarity on ambiguous, fast-moving situations.

* Identify bottlenecks and solve them quickly and pragmatically.

* Ensure alignment across product, engineering, go-to-market, and operations.

* Prepare and support key strategic decisions with strong analytical thinking.

* Hold a high bar for speed, accountability, and quality of execution.

This role is for a highly driven generalist with exceptional judgment. We care about output and ownership, not titles.

* You have experience in high-performance environments (startup, strategy consulting).

* You are extremely structured and can bring order to chaos.

* You execute fast and reliably, without constant supervision.

* You are comfortable operating across strategy and execution.

* You communicate clearly and directly.

* Fluent in English.

* Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona (hybrid role).
