* 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.

As a part of the Strategy and Operations team that supports the commerce partnerships team within Knowledge and Information (K&I), Global Partnerships Organization, you will cover Strategy and Operations for Payments, focusing on Consumer Payments (GPay + Wallet) and first-party platform Products. You will drive strategy projects in collaboration with business development and cross-functional teams like Product Manager, Engineering, ProdOps, and Finance. Additionally, you will emerge the core focus of team mission scaling operational capabilities via AI workflows to accelerate decision-making and velocity.The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000-$177,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Directors and cross-functional managers to execute the payments partnerships and ecosystem strategy, serving as an integral part of the organization and a trusted advisor to the Global Payments Partnerships Business Development team.
* Accelerate AI workflow adoption across the Strategy and Operations and BD function by identifying and automating key operational processes e.g. velocity, pipeline prioritization, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) migration.
* Establish scalable operating cadences across Payments BD to accelerate decision-making, synthesize cross-functional initiatives, and clarify executive escalation channels.
* Develop written communications and presentations with messages effectively tailored to different audience levels, creating structured pathways for cross-team knowledge sharing.
