You will partner closely with senior leadership to design, drive, and deliver high-impact initiatives that shape clinical strategy and accelerate organizational growth. Accountabilities

* Partner with senior leadership to design and execute strategic initiatives that advance clinical, operational, and growth priorities.

* Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-visibility projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

* Conduct deep qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps.

* Build clear, executive-level presentations and reports that communicate progress, insights, and strategic direction.

* Design, implement, and monitor KPI frameworks to track performance, identify risks, and ensure successful outcomes.

* Identify operational gaps and propose scalable solutions to improve efficiency, execution, and cross-functional alignment.

* Collaborate across clinical, operational, and business teams to ensure seamless delivery of strategic programs.

Requirements

* 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, program management, or management consulting roles.

* Experience in healthcare, digital health, or related industries is strongly preferred, with understanding of clinical or regulated environments.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex challenges into actionable solutions.

* Proven ability to lead and deliver strategic initiatives from concept through execution.

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization.

* Strong business acumen with experience developing business cases, performance metrics, and operational analyses.

* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.

* Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or equivalent) preferred.
