* Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.
* Experience working in both 0-to-1 and enterprise organizations.
* Experience in public relations (PR), social media strategy, and communications.
Preferred qualifications:
* MBA or advanced degree or equivalent practical experience.
* Experience working with product and engineering teams.
* Experience in management consulting or corporate advisory with a focus on cultural change management.
* Experience navigating competing and rapidly changing priorities, and operationalizing organization-wide priorities.
* Experience with executive communications for internal and external audiences, including customer and partner engagement.

Product and Business Strategy Leaders bring together teams across Google’s functions to help products execute optimally. Our roles often include components of strategy (e.g. analyzing and understanding new trends in the industry, building business plans), operations (e.g. running the cadence of organizations, connecting the operating lines between our functions), and communications. Our team partners with senior leadership to run important functions that cross-cut our existing organizations and deliver high impact projects. As a pivotal member of the Google Cloud Applied Artificial Intelligence (Applied AI) Strategy and Operations team, you will partner with Applied Artificial Intelligence (AAI) leadership to orchestrate the operational pulse of a dynamic organization that is delivering innovative agentic Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to transform enterprise operations.
You will act as a multiplier, blending thinking with an operational and executional mindset. You will be an independent contributor who can effectively influence cross-functional teams and executive leaders. This is a unique opportunity to play an instrumental role in managing 0-1 and scaling issues amidst a dynamic Generative Artificial Intelligence (Generative AI) landscape, driving rapid execution and measurable impact.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $222,000-$309,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
* Manage business cadences and the operational rhythm of business, ensuring communication, decision-making, and alignment with Cloud and Google-level governance.
* Manage chief executive officer (CXO) engagement intake, triage, assignment, and coordination. Lead initiatives and transformation programs to cultivate a team environment.
* Develop and execute a communications strategy that encompasses internal and external narratives, events, and public relations (PR) to scale AAI impact and reach.
* Manage executive engagement for internal and external events like Cloud Next, Accelerate, etc., and partner with communications/public relations (PR), marketing, and sales teams to ensure a unified voice for AAI.
* Translate business goals into operational plans and frameworks. Analyze performance metrics and business intelligence to identify opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
