About Humintrinsics

Humintrinsics is building InScightful, an air-gapped generative decision-support system for healthcare operations.

InScightful is designed for environments where generic AI summaries are not enough. Hospitals and health systems do not merely need a model to summarize operational data or generate plausible explanations. They need defensible recommendations that can support staffing, scheduling, capacity planning, patient flow, utilization, discharge coordination, and operational decision-making.

The core question InScightful answers is:

What is the safest first operational intervention we can justify, based on the data we have?

InScightful turns structured healthcare operational data into replayable, quantified, risk-aware decision justifications.

This is not a chatbot. It is not a dashboard. It is not generic healthcare AI. It is a decision-proof layer for high-stakes healthcare operations.

The Role

We are looking for a Strategic Healthcare Pilot Lead who can help Humintrinsics land its first paid healthcare pilot.

Healthcare operations experience is essential.

The right person has credible access to hospital executives, operational leaders, healthcare transformation teams, clinical operations leaders, perioperative leaders, capacity-management teams, or healthcare technology buyers. You understand how decisions are made inside hospitals and health systems, especially where operational decisions affect patient flow, staffing, utilization, throughput, cost, and risk.

Your job is not to run a generic sales process. Your job is to help us identify and reach the first healthcare buyer who has a painful, high-value operational workflow where defensible AI-supported intervention matters.

What You Will Do

You will help Humintrinsics:

1. Identify 20–50 high-quality healthcare pilot targets.

2. Reach the right buyers inside hospitals, health systems, healthcare operations vendors, or healthcare transformation groups.

3. Shape a paid Decision Sprint around one workflow, one dataset, and one operational decision surface.

4. Translate InScightful into healthcare language: patient flow, staffing, scheduling, utilization, throughput, operational bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and defensible intervention justification.

5. Help secure the first paid pilot.

6. Define pilot scope, success criteria, commercial structure, and expansion path.

7. Participate in strategic customer calls where healthcare credibility matters.

8. Help build the repeatable healthcare go-to-market motion after the first pilot.

Required Background

You should have meaningful experience in at least one of the following:

* Selling into hospitals or health systems.

* Selling healthcare operations software, analytics, AI, workforce management, scheduling, patient-flow, utilization, revenue-cycle, command-center, or clinical operations tools.

* Working directly with hospital operations, perioperative operations, capacity management, care coordination, discharge planning, utilization management, or service-line leadership.

* Holding commercial or strategic roles at companies such as Epic, Oracle Health, LeanTaaS, Qventus, GE HealthCare, Philips, Siemens Healthineers, Meditech, InterSystems, Innovaccer, Health Catalyst, Premier, Vizient, or similar healthcare-facing vendors.

* Building relationships with COO, Chief Medical Officer, Chief Nursing Officer, VP Operations, VP Clinical Operations, Chief Transformation Officer, Director of Patient Flow, Director of Perioperative Services, or hospital command-center leaders.

* Landing early pilots, proof-of-value engagements, or strategic enterprise deployments in healthcare.

Ideal Candidate

You are probably a:

* healthcare enterprise sales executive,

* strategic account executive,

* healthcare business development leader,

* former hospital operations leader,

* health-system transformation advisor,

* clinical operations software seller,

* healthcare AI / analytics seller,

* perioperative or patient-flow operations consultant,

* or former founder/operator with healthcare buyer access.

You know healthcare buyers do not buy abstract AI. They buy improved throughput, safer operational decisions, reduced bottlenecks, better resource allocation, lower avoidable delay, clearer accountability, and defensible decision records.

You can speak credibly about hospital operations without needing a script.

What Makes This Opportunity Different

Healthcare organizations are under pressure to use AI, but generic AI is not enough for high-stakes operational decisions.

A hospital team does not merely need an AI system to say:

“Discharge delays may be contributing to capacity pressure.”

They need something closer to:

“This is the safest first operational intervention, this is the proof chain, this is the expected effect, these are the alternatives tested, these are the risks, and this is the replayable justification for the decision.”

That is the product.

InScightful is designed to run privately and locally, including air-gapped deployment where required. The target deployment model is lightweight: one GPU per department and one 50-core PC per five departments.

Compensation

This role is compensated through equity and commission.

There is no cash salary or retainer at this stage.

The commission structure will be tied to paid pilots, expansion revenue, and/or strategic customer contracts that the candidate helps originate, shape, or close.

Equity structure will depend on contribution level, network value, time commitment, and whether the role remains advisory or evolves into an operating commercial leadership role.

This role is intended for someone who understands the upside of helping create the first serious healthcare customer engagement for a regulated AI decision-support product.

What We Are Not Looking For

We are not looking for a generic SaaS salesperson.

We are not looking for someone without healthcare operations experience.

We are not looking for someone who needs a mature funnel, large marketing team, analyst coverage, or fully built sales organization before they can operate.

We are not looking for someone whose only playbook is booking demos.

We need someone who can help open the first serious healthcare door.
